Did you get merchandising charged a “car setup” charge? Or a “cleaning” charge? 3. If you paid NO fees, then you got ripped off!! Go back to the dealer for an explanation. 4. Learn from this experience….ask for a detailed explanation on all financing contracts before you sign. Even if you know exactly what it all means, have them explain it to you as if you were a third grader. Sometimes if you simply question an item, they will drop it or reduce it — it is a good negotiating technique.
